Rent a Tesla in Lucerne and Central Switzerland
Lake Lucerne, Mount Pilatus and the passes of Central Switzerland: some of the most beautiful roads in the country start around Lucerne. EV-Adventure is a Swiss Tesla rental company based in Uerzlikon, between Zurich and Zug. We don't have a branch in Lucerne, but we deliver your Tesla free of charge to your hotel, holiday flat or home and collect it there again.
Free delivery in Lucerne and all of Central Switzerland
Lucerne, Zug, Schwyz, Uri, Obwalden and Nidwalden are in German-speaking Switzerland, and we deliver there at no extra cost. We agree the handover point with you. Your Tesla is ready with at least 85% battery, and before your rental starts you get a link for the Tesla app, which lets you unlock and start the car with your phone. Any parking fees at the handover point are paid by you.
Sleep in the Model Y or X: DreamCase mattress as an extra
Want to see the sunrise at a mountain lake? With the Model Y and Model X you can add the DreamCase mattress as an extra for CHF 25 per day. It fits in the boot and you sleep comfortably in the car. Only stay overnight where it is allowed. More ideas on our Tesla Camping page.
Pass drives from Lucerne
From Lucerne you are quickly at the Gotthard, Susten, Furka or Klausen Pass. These passes are closed in winter, so check that your route is open before you set off. Within Switzerland your kilometres are unlimited. You don't have to plan charging stops yourself: the Tesla suggests them as soon as you enter your destination. We pass on Supercharger costs 1:1 after the rental.

Frequently asked questions about renting a Tesla in Lucerne
Do you deliver to all of Central Switzerland?
Yes. Lucerne, Zug, Schwyz, Uri, Obwalden and Nidwalden are in German-speaking Switzerland. We deliver there free of charge and collect the Tesla there again.
Can I sleep in the Tesla?
Yes, in the Model Y and the Model X. You can add the DreamCase mattress as an extra for CHF 25 per day.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs may only travel by prior arrangement with us and only in a dog crate. Smoking in the car is not allowed under any circumstances.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is CHF 1,000, or CHF 3,000 for drivers under 25. It covers any Supercharging fees, damage or fines and is refunded no later than 30 days after the rental ends. The minimum age is 21.
Are there lower prices for longer rentals?
Yes. From one month there is our long-term rental. The Model 3 works out from CHF 35 per day, including comprehensive insurance, summer and winter tyres, the motorway vignette, delivery and pick-up.
